Canterbury settlementOf approximately 750 people who travelled on the First Four Ships from Plymouth to Christchurch, just 139 were still alive and present for the photographs taken in 1900 to mark the fiftieth anniversary of their arrival.

Registered members of this site are able to upload information about other people who were on the ships but were not part of the original project by The Press to research those in the anniversary photographs.
